DLC LumiSheet’s former VP of operations, Dave Nicoll, is shifting roles to focus on business development.
“Dave has a unique background that makes him the perfect person for the job,” says Mark Luo, president at DLC LumiSheet, in reference to Nicoll’s new position as VP of business development.
Nicoll has worked for DLC LumiSheet for more than three years. He began in an operations role, where he implemented new systems to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, find efficiencies, and boost customer satisfaction.
His efforts have been instrumental in helping DLC LumiSheet achieve record profits in 2015 and 2016, according to the company. During this time, Nicoll has developed strong relationships with the company’s customers, as well as its sales and marketing teams.
With more than 15 years of management experience, Nicoll is set to guide the DLC sales and marketing teams to success within the rapidly changing LED lighting market.
“He was a fan of our products before he started working with us. He has big visions for our industry,” Luo says. “He’s been helping our customers for years, so it only makes sense that he would be the one to bring our customer relationships to the next level.”
