DLC LumiSheet has promoted Wendy Sun to office manager in a newly created role in response to continued company growth.
Sun has been on the DLC team since the company, known then as Raku, opened its Markham, Ontario, Canada, location 10 years ago. Within two years, she had become the company’s customer service manager.
In her new role, Sun will be responsible for establishing and implementing office policies and procedures, liaising between departments, assisting management with decision making, training employees, and maintaining day-to-day office functions. She will also continue to advise DLC LumiSheet’s customer-service teams.
“A veteran of the DLC LumiSheet team, Wendy has long been a key figure in our success,” says Dave Nicoll, VP of business development.
“Her positivity, energy, and insights have been winning over customers and colleagues for the better part of a decade. There is probably not one aspect of our business she hasn’t influenced. We have all come to rely on Wendy for many things over the years.
