ELEVATED LIGHTING AND FINISHES CREATE A WARM, APPROACHABLE ENVIRONMENT for city dwellers seeking home improvement products and services.
The smaller-store formats range in the neighborhood of 20,000 to 30,000 sq. ft., compared to the typical Lowe’s format of around 100,000 sq. ft. The City Center stores sit at two distinct sites. Each balances inspiration and convenience with a thoughtful placement of product categories. Unique services such as a potting station to help simplify urban gardening solutions also accommodate the urban customer.
Other design features include an eye-popping visual texture of steel accents and richly colored paint, combined with a warm blend of wood. Using the brand’s corporate blue color lends vibrancy to the warm palette. Bold graphics catch the eye too.
