Branding and design agency Shikatani Lacroix is expanding its team and U.S. presence with the addition of Ian Magrisso and Carlos Garza to its roster.

Magrisso, director of strategy, is a Chicago-based strategist with a passion for storytelling that has served clients for over 30 years. He’s worked with brands such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Motorola, and Papa John’s Pizza. As a brand strategist, he seeks to tell stories that humanize brands and inspire people to take action.
Garza, senior director of new business development, is a Miami-based sales and marketing professional specializing in the Latin American and Caribbean Markets. With over 20 years of experience in international business development, marketing, retail channels, and distribution, he’s held several leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, including Motorola, Procter & Gamble, Cable & Wireless, and The Gillette Company.
Magrisso will continue to work out of Chicago, serving the U.S. market, and Garza will continue to work out of Miami, serving the Latin American market.
