Holiday Foliage has hired Mark Campton as its new creative director. In his new role, Campton will lead the seasonal product direction for the brand as well as partner with a wide variety of accounts to assist in their development of unique foliage, decor, and fixture packages.
Campton brings over 30 years of experience in the retail industry providing creative leadership for a wide variety of brands. He began his visual merchandising and store design career with Bullock’s Department Stores in Southern California, staying with them as they transitioned into the Macy’s family of stores. From there, he went on to join the Fred Meyer Store Design & VM team in Portland, Ore., U.S., to lead the design and development of the 40,000-sq.-ft. family apparel departments.
Campton has also directed global visual merchandising and environmental design for a vast variety of retail brands that include Timberland, Levi’s, Fossil, and Vans. He worked to shape the environments for vertical brand J.Jill, and on the other end of the value spectrum, he did the same for Payless ShoeSource.
“We are so excited to have Mark join our team,” says Juanita Keller, VP of sales for Holiday Foliage. “His knowledge and insight of the competitive retail environment will help us serve our customer base as they strive to differentiate and make their brick and mortar experience more compelling to their customers.”
