Spanish interior design and ceramic specialist Porcelanosa is continuing its international expansion. Three years after the launch of its store located on Fifth Avenue in New York, the group has now bought the adjacent building.
With the acquisition of this new building, Porcelanosa extends the surface of its store to reach 2,516 sq. m., distributed between a basement, seven floors, and a rooftop.
Overwhelming interest from New Yorkers has driven the investment of the Vila-real, Spain-based company, encouraging the increase of its retail space in order to showcase the many lines of products Porcelanosa has to offer.
CBRE España´s branch, located in Valencia, Spain; Spanish lawyers Uría Menéndez from its New York office; and U.S. law firm Duval and Stachenfeld LLP have all played a role in Porcelanosa’s decision to expand.
