Bookstore design reflects joy of reading
CREATING A RICH NARRATIVE SPANNING NUMEROUS ROOMS, this bookstore offers a series of experiences that illuminate the joy of reading. The store unfolds like the pages of a beautifully illustrated book, inviting exploration.
The design combines the look of a contemporary art gallery with an upscale department store. While keeping books as the heart and soul of the design, the concept provides an equally fitting showcase for other merchandise. Elements such as a fireplace, porcelain tile flooring resembling wood, and bookshelves resembling a personal library instill a residential atmosphere.
