Williams Lea Tag, a leading independent marketing and comms partner to global brands worldwide, has announced the appointment of Ralph Kugler as chairman.
Kugler brings with him over 25 years of experience in senior executive positions within international and FTSE-100 businesses. He previously served on the board of Unilever PLC, spending 29 years in a variety of roles, held non-executive positions at Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC and Mars, and is a former senior advisor to 3i Group.

Kugler is chairman of the International Advisory Board of Leeds University Business School and Board Trustee of the David Rattray Memorial Trust, a charity helping to improve education for underprivileged children in South Africa. He is also non-executive chairman of Headbox and Cognita Schools.
