SERVING UP AN ELEVATED ALTERNATIVE TO FOOD-COURT FAST FOOD, this kiosk redesign’s bold black and red graphics reflect a contemporary take on traditional calligraphy. The distinctive brand graphics wrap from the walls onto the ceiling and wooden slats along the front of the kiosk reference minimal Japanese architecture.
The kiosk features a continuous wraparound counter with recessed cooled drinks display and POS in the center. On one side, there is a made-to-order noodle bar, with built-in cutlery and condiments. On the other, customers can watch their sushi rolls being freshly made, or pick up from the integrated grab-and-go display.
