idX Chicago, Creative Design Headquarters for St. Louis, Mo., U.S.-based idX Corp., has moved to larger offices, more than doubling its space to accommodate the division’s growth.
Since idX launched the Chicago division in 2012, its business has increased dramatically as more clients have turned to idX for its creative brand solutions.
At 8,700 sq. ft., the new downtown Chicago office will accommodate the idX design group, which has expanded from the original three employees to 15, supported by a development team located throughout the idX global organization.
idX Chicago’s capabilities range from research to development, engineering, and project management. The creative division has become known for its ability to design and deliver smart solutions that are manufacturable and creatively blend idX clients’ brands into the consumer environment.
“The expansion of our creative services business is very exciting,” says idX Chicago EVP/GM Mayur Patadia. “Delivering unique solutions that meet our customers’ evolving brand needs will remain idX’s focus.”
The new office space, featuring idX’s signature shades of red, white, black, and gray, is a continued evolution of the idX brand and the division’s former offices. Open work spaces allow for collaboration, with multiple conference rooms for small team meetings, and a large conference room for the frequent customer meetings hosted in the space.
Much of the furnishings in the office, including cabinets, shelving, and counter tops, were fabricated by idX plants.
