Global brand and retail design consultancy FITCH has appointed Jules Laurey III to the position of program director for food and beverage. He will be based in FITCH’s Phoenix studio and will work with the interior design and architectural teams to lead food facilities design and planning.
Laurey brings over 20 years of experience in food service design, including branding and brand strategy, national roll-outs of hospitality and retail concepts, multi-unit food service planning and design, and equipment specifications and documentation for FF&E programs.
Laurey has completed over 2,000 projects in the Americas, with brands including Burger King, California Pizza Kitchen, NBC Universal CityWalk, Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter, Panera Bread, Arizona Diamondbacks, Hilton Doubletree, and Hilton Embassy Suites.
