REFLECTING ROME’S STAR-STUDDED DOLCE VITA ERA OF THE 1950s AND ’60s, this contemporary dining spot is reminiscent of a chic film set. Brand graphics inspired by the grandiose Italian architectural lettering of the 1930s Art Moderne period assist in serving up a sophisticated, unique experience. A marble mosaic floor design adds elegance and offsets the low ceiling height.
Placing a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients, healthy options, and engagement, the design also takes cues from the brand’s name, which means farm in Italian. Transparency is everywhere, with the entire interior open for display, including the preparation area. Large harvest tables supply an exceptional view of the kitchen and encourage communal seating.
