To help attendees better prepare for EuroShop 2020, organizers are offering services such as an interactive hall plan, a personal organizer, a professional matchmaking tool, an app, an online program, and ticket sales. The event will feature over 2,300 exhibitors from 60 nations, taking place from Feb. 16 to Feb. 20, 2020, at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Interactive Hall Plan
Individual halls can be researched and product information is shown by zooming in on individual stands and the exhibitor’s information. The new exhibitor search function scans the entire database and displays any matches directly on the map.
With the My Organizer function, visitors can compile a list of all exhibitors of interest before arriving at the show. In advance, visitors can also plan their exact itinerary through the exhibition halls. My Organizer can be used after registration with the personal login function in the ticket shop. This feature permits convenient use on a variety of devices — including smartphones and PC products — for an extended period of time. Once compiled, the list can be adapted or amended each time it is called up.
New Matchmaking Tool
EuroShop’s new Matchmaking Tool seeks to make networking quick and easy. Trade visitors and exhibitors can search for relevant contacts and products ahead of the event, affording them the opportunity to get in touch and arrange appointments on-site. Fast matching of entered interests provides instant recommendations and personalized contact suggestions.
With the EuroShop App, all important facts and figures about EuroShop are also available in mobile form in both German and English. The free app is available on Apple AppStore and Google Play.
Online Stage Program
EuroShop 2020 will feature eight stages with lectures, panels, and discussion forums on the latest developments, innovative trends, and best practices. The detailed agendas of all stages will be available starting in Jan. 2020.
This year’s event will present innovations for the entire retail sector on nearly 1.3 million square feet of net exhibition space. Entrance passes can be purchased online at reduced rates.
