ADVENTURE CALLS WITH THIS STORE'S MIX OF TECHNOLOGY, ELEMENTS, AND CURATED EVENTS that embrace both the local community and the brand's loyal customer base of urban explorers. An authentic workshop environment inspires delving into the process of designing custom messenger bags — a well-known component of the company's mission. Exposed brick, concrete floors, raw wood fixtures, and simple, clean point-of-sale materials further enhances the atmosphere of creating and cycling.

Merging omnichannel with old-fashioned tactile touches is impressive and innovative. Features include a full line of fabric swatches and a "peephole" with video feed to the San Francisco factory. Localization plays a big role too, with artifacts laced throughout representing the worlds of urban cycling and manufacturing. Infusing the space with events also generates socialization.

In a cool nod to heritage, items that the company's founder and former bike messenger might have used in his own garage workshop in 1989 dot the store, including a sewing machine and a cassette tape player.
