INSTALLING A 7,000-LB. CHANDELIER WITH 600 SUSPENDED GLASS RODS greatly enhances the customer experience by turning this small lobby area into a glittering grand entrance.
The design features low iron glass rods capped with LED diodes varying in length from 18 to 36 in. and each weighing from 2.5 to five lb. A mirrored ceiling adds luster, reflecting the illusion of an illuminated, floating glass cloud.
A plywood sub frame secures the rods. Steel framing anchored into concrete beams support the structure. A hidden clip system achieves a seamless finished surface with no exposed fasteners.
An adjacent concierge desk offers multiple services including directions, tourist discounts, car services, reservations, cell phone charging, and package holding.
