The warm and casual open loft environment features modular floor fixtures, navigable wall displays with eye-level mirrors, and large-format graphics. An interactive mirror at the front of the store lets customers see themselves wearing four styles side by side for comparison. Customers can elicit comments by emailing photos.
Backlit feature walls with magnetic shelves encourage exploration and can be easily updated. Recessed multispot LED fixtures highlight the perimeter display. Linear pendants add to the central ambient lighting. Cameras collect data on typical customer path and key engagement touchpoints.
