The RetailX 2019 Tradeshow & Conference, a colocation of the nation’s top three retail events, is proud to announce a partnership with Retail TouchPoints as part of the conference program. RetailX is a co-location of GlobalShop, IRCE and RFID Journal LIVE! Retail. RetailX will take place June 25-28, 2019, in Chicago at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
Retail TouchPoints LIVE! @ RetailX is a new conference, built from the ground up by Retail TouchPoints, a publication covering omnichannel strategies and digital transformation for 50,000+ retail executives, including more than 70% representing line-of-business decision makers and C-suite executives. The Retail TouchPoints LIVE! @ RetailX conference sessions will take place June 25 and 26, 2019 during RetailX.
The RetailX and Retail TouchPoints teams have been hard at work ensuring this new, one-of-a-kind mega show delivers content that is reactive to the changes occurring in retail by providing responsive solutions.
“The scale and speed of change in today’s retail market is well beyond the scope that most predicted or imagined,” says Doug Hope, show director of RetailX. “In order for retailers to be successful they must adapt to the new ecosystem where online/offline behaviors are blurred and technologies, such as RFID, are now a front-of-house solution. We selected Retail TouchPoints to be our partner for the event because of the high-quality content they produce around the convergence of physical stores and digital experiences. We are really looking forward to bringing their thought leadership in a live forum to the attendees of RetailX.”
RetailX is expected to attract more than 20,000 attendees and more than 1,200 exhibiting brands. Educational tracks will provide a broader scope with intent to give attendees a significant competitive edge in the rapidly evolving retail world.

RetailX exposition hall & conference sessions will take place Tuesday, June 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Retail TouchPoints LIVE! @ RetailX 2019 conference sessions will be held Tuesday, June 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Wednesday, June 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
RetailX attendees are encouraged to register early to reserve their spot and take advantage of discounted conference prices through December 31. After January 1, registration prices will increase. A full rate schedule for registration will be available on the attendee pricing page on globalshop.org later this fall.
