Perpetual spring blossoms, pendant lights, and kumiko woodwork-inspired motifs inject an authentic vitality into the restaurant’s traditional Japanese dining experience.
Spread over two floors, the interior features warm, earthy tones and a simple palette of materials that includes Melaleuca timber, stucco painting, and washi paper. Round wooden frames and charcoal decorate the walls.
Three zones divide the restaurant. Dark wooden flooring and red pillows highlight the tatami seating area. A long row of benches and a series of wooden frames dominate the common seating area. Partitions and shoji doors create an exclusive yet inviting private zone.
Glowing lanterns light up the striking facade. An entrance resembling a traditional Japanese torii gate, with styled fence gating flanking the side, draws inspiration from the Shinto Shrine.
