Axis Display Group has hired Dean Struck to head its strategic partnership development. Struck comes to Axis with nearly 30 years’ experience in the retail manufacturing, engineering, and POP display industries.
Struck began his career in inside sales and customer service for a woodworking operation. Eventually, he took that experience and opened his own wood display company 14 years later. More recently, Struck has focused on project management and business development for display companies such as Origin LLC and SPC Display Group.
In his new role with Axis Display Group, Struck will function as a multifaceted consultant, peer, and solution provider to the company’s current and prospective client partners. Because of his wide range of experience in the industry, Struck has a unique way of understanding client challenges, offering new and often overlooked combination solutions.
With a strong background in value-engineering, Struck is committed to helping his clients make the most out of their investment, showing them inventive options to keep costs down through material selection, logistic planning, and manufacturing best practices. No matter the situation, he encourages people to view problems as opportunities through his optimistic outlook and realistic understanding of project life cycles.
“Dean checked every box we had developed when considering candidates to join our team—plus a few more, says Neil Thomas, EVP, Axis Display Group. “His in-depth knowledge of design, engineering, production, and logistics will take him beyond a typical sales role and provide our clients with a trusted, strategic partner.”
“The AXIS process and approach is fresh and inviting,” says Struck. “It provides me with the freedom to collaborate on viable, effective, retail solutions for our brand and retail partners. I am so pleased to work with an outstanding group of progressive thinkers.”
