A family of products are presented in one display that enhances the features and benefits of the premium product. The dealer’s sales associates can walk a customer through multiple types of flooring, all housed in one consistent in-store display. The flexible design is updatable for different flooring collections and scalable to adapt to various store footprints.
Multiple uprights are easily and quickly assembled to permit fast growth of flooring categories within the dealer showroom. The waterfalls were designed to hold 6 to 15 shelf/trays. The standard tray accommodates all samples and is easily installed.
Two LED signs at the top of the modular displays illuminate product. The large brand sign identifies the current branding message, while the smaller signs speak to messaging or specific flooring scenes that show the product in room settings. Dye-sub printing enables fabrics to be easily replaced with new themes as they are developed.
Additional LED lights in 5-in. strips wired under each shelf base maximize the visual appeal of each sample. Wire management and cable extenders on all shelves hook into transformers in the base of each module. Thanks to vertically contained planks, a shopper can remove and place product on the floor in front of the display to view it under certain lighting conditions.
The product categories are thoughtfully laid out so the shopper and sales associate can quickly examine the quality, color, thickness, etc., of the samples. The 23-by-12-in. samples are easily handled.
The flooring sample shelf design creates a light and airy style. It floats the samples free and clear of the main structure, making them highly visible and accessible for customers to interact with.
