Bell, a Canadian telecommunications giant, evolves alongside the increasing sophistication of tech products and their customers to present a high-end, next-generation store concept unlike any other in the sector.
The space suits the shift of smartphones, tablets, and other high-tech gadgets into the luxury market. Characterized by a minimalist aesthetic, personalized service, and timeless elegance, the effect is one of a high-fashion boutique rather than a main street mall.
Throughout the space, pale wood and soft off-white lighting operate in soothing contrast to the slick screens and hardness of the store’s products. The craftsmanship of materials ensures that the latest in luxury gadgets look intimately at home.
A polished set of materials and the proprietary brand palette of blue, white and wood introduce a stylish, yet distinctive experience within each store. The refined palette also creates a restrained backdrop where the products and customers can take center stage.
Custom-designed fixtures, clad in the same pale wood, are large and outfitted with slotted troughs. With a flexible design, the fixtures provide for freedom and storytelling across the store.
Custom consultation tables encourage spontaneous social interaction between the Bell team and their customers. Doubling as checkout counters and impromptu perch points, these tables eliminate long lines and forced wait times, providing a natural ebb and flow to the overall in-store experience.
